Shipping Policy

At The Lost Stories of Willowgrove, every monthly mailing is carefully written, illustrated, printed, assembled, and packaged by hand. Because each package is created in small batches, our shipping schedule differs slightly from traditional online retailers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is already included in your subscription price.
United States
$12 USD per month
Includes standard shipping anywhere within the United States.
International
$18 USD per month
Includes standard international shipping to eligible countries.
There are no additional shipping charges added during checkout for active subscription shipments.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country.
Subscription Shipping Schedule
Willowgrove Mail Club subscriptions follow a monthly production schedule.
- Subscription renewals are processed on your monthly billing date.
- Orders are prepared in small batches shortly after billing.
- Monthly mailings are typically shipped between the 7th and 12th of each month.
You'll receive an email once your monthly adventure has been mailed.
Processing Time
Because every package is assembled by hand, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
Approximately 5–7 business days after shipment.
International
Approximately 2–6 weeks depending on destination country and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to prepare your order on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
- Weather
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before your next subscription renewal.
Subscribers can update their shipping address through their customer portal before the next billing date.
If an order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to update the address.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be reshipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend:
- Confirming your shipping address
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Contacting your local postal carrier
If your package cannot be located after:
- 14 days beyond the expected delivery date (United States), or
- 30 days beyond the expected delivery date (International),
please contact us at hello@loststoriesofwillowgrove.com.
We'll investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution based on the circumstances.
Multiple Subscriptions
If you purchase multiple subscriptions shipping to the same address, each subscription is treated as a separate order unless otherwise noted.
