Thank you for supporting The Lost Stories of Willowgrove. Every subscription and order helps bring new stories, artwork, and handcrafted mail to life.

Please review the following purchase and cancellation information before placing your order.


Purchase Options

We currently offer the following ways to experience Willowgrove:

Monthly Subscription

Our Month-to-Month Subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

  • United States: $12 USD per month (shipping included)
  • International: $18 USD per month (shipping included)

Your subscription includes one monthly Willowgrove mailing featuring the next chapter of the story and accompanying collectible items.


Annual Subscription (If Offered)

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at the time of purchase and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Annual subscriptions include all monthly mailings released during your subscription period.


One-Time Purchases

From time to time, we may offer one-time purchases such as:

  • Past story collections
  • Limited edition artwork
  • Collectibles
  • Stationery
  • Seasonal releases
  • Gifts

These products are purchased individually and do not enroll you in a recurring subscription unless clearly stated.


Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on your scheduled billing date.

Your payment method on file will be charged unless your subscription has been cancelled, paused, or skipped before the renewal date.

You will receive your next monthly Willowgrove package after your renewal payment has been successfully processed.


Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account portal.

Available options include:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming shipment
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address

Changes must be completed before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel before your next renewal date:

  • You will not be charged again.
  • Your subscription will end after your current paid period.

If your subscription has already renewed:

  • That month's payment is non-refundable.
  • Your monthly package will still be produced and shipped.
  • Future renewals will be cancelled.

Order Cancellations

One-time orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.

Because many Willowgrove items are handmade, printed in limited batches, or produced specifically for each order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.


Failed Payments

If a subscription renewal payment cannot be processed, we may automatically retry payment using the payment method on file.

If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment information is updated.


Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing when necessary.

If pricing changes, existing subscribers will be notified in advance before the new pricing takes effect, giving them the opportunity to continue or cancel their subscription before the next renewal.
